not sure what is going on. maybe not enough protein or I am not actually eating as little as I think I am. October goal: down under 159! Must do!
Weighing every day is discouraging me. I have to pick a day of the week to weigh in and then stick to it. Saturday? I think I will aim for Saturdays.

Not sticking to the plan did not help me. I will go shopping over the weekend and in the mean time cook up the meat I have in the fridge. I think it can all go into the oven with some onions. I have to get on track with more protein and fewer carbs.
