Took my sister to the city yesterday for her one year post lumpectomy surgery checkup. Her cancer was detected super early during her regular annual mammogram. She got a clean bill of health and we did some marathon shopping. Life is great.

131.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb. Still to go: 0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

gaining 0.5 lb a week
