Hello! Started my weight loss program beginning of this year, looking to get back to my end-of-college weight of 165lbs by the end of the year. Perhaps another 10lbs after that :) Anyways, here to share recipes that don't sacrifice flavor while controlling calories (I'm a huge believe in eating diverse foods and portion control). My short-term goal is to drop 5lbs this month, so i'm aiming to work out 5x a week. Look forward to hearing from others! Good luck out there!
