Argh! Is it the several liters of water sloshing around in my gut, is it the developing muscle? Or...just a little setback? Either way, I'll push through it!
Edit: 219.5 in the morning, 217 after waking up (I have to be up nights so my schedule tends to be all catawampus), might have been the water or that diet Pepsi I shouldn't have drank. Soda will be my last vice, and I'm really whittling it down.
