Day 1 - drink 2 gallons of water
Day 2 - drink 1 gallon of water
Day 3 - drink 1 gallon of water
Day 4 - drink .5 gallons of water
Day 5 - drink .25 gallons of water
Day 6 - drink no water
Keep carbs low during this time.
It works but after you rehydrate, most of the weight comes back lol

Water, green tea, log.... totally sounds like a hypocrite with a FS ladies challenge just today... but log!! Really, it’s unreal how much we’re actually eating. FS is pretty spot on but with chipotle.... Fail, you have to go to their site for logging. Move more, embrace every ounce you lose. Never give up🙌👊

it's very doable, I was losing close to 2-3 a week before this time around ( I'm breastfeeding so I'm not intensely dieting) however I was 1200 calories a day with 5 miles walks every day. that's between 10,000-20,000 steps daily fast paced. walking really awakens the metabolism and gets the old gears oiled and moving thus making it so much easier to lose weight. this is only from my own personal experience. best to you dear.
