Band-On-The-Run's Journal, 29 June 2008

Back to losing again! I hit a plateau there for a while, I was just about ready to throw in the towel, but I started downward this morning. Not going to quit just yet.
New week, starting one hour tempo runs in the evenings just before dusk. It's been tolerable after the refreshing rains occuring around 2 pm each day. Keeping up the 6 mph with bursts of 8 mph ever so often. I think I need to change the songs on my Ipod soon, though

Losing weight isn't an exact science. Our bodies go up and down and stay the same for many reasons. You are almost to goal. Don't quit no matter what! You are doing great!
