Im lost and I can't control about it........ I ate sooo much food today. Now, I want to go back for a diet later. hehehe.

What you need to start thinking is that no you are not on a diet, you are making a lifestyle change. It sounds a lot less negative and that makes it easier to do. You can do it, everyone is able, you just really have to want to.

I have days like that as well. Not a big deal. I am 43, started at around 230lbs. and am down to 190, since jan. Eating a lot of veggies/fruit/whole wheat, very little meat if any and no fast food, which I have conditioned myself to think of as poison. If I could only give up good beer, I would be in business. I always try to exercise for at least 30 minutes a day.

I find that If I eat veggies and fruits to calm my cravings for junk food, it shuts me up and I feel better afterwards - plus, It's guilt free because they're both good for us!! We all have an ability to control ourselves... We just have to WANT to and are dedicated to making ourselves happy and healthy!
