Hello September, good bye Summer! Today's dinner protein ~ pepperjack brats from our local market. It's been almost 2 years since I made mac-n-cheese so I went all out with a 5 cheese recipe: sharp cheddar, gruyere, fontina, parmesan and cream cheese. Deviled eggs are traditional but with heat from sriracha.
