The weekend is over! But at least I'm feeling like a human being again. Just the cough to get rid of now. I've spent today washing and polishing the car so I reckon that's my exercise for the day.
Weight has been all over the place while I've been ill. Hopefully I should get a proper weight in the morning. Rachel celebrated her first wedding anniversary a couple of weeks ago and I realised that I had put on very little in that year. Now that's a first. In the past I would have lost some weight for a special occasion and promptly put it all back on again and more, so perhaps I have learned something on this journey - and its not over yet.... Hope you've all had a super weekend and next week brings you peace and happiness
