not eaten much today, as i slept in as it is a day off, so i got up at around 10am, had some juice as was not hungry at this point.
had some chicken for lunch which has filled me :)
going to have a salad or salad sandwich tonight just to put me on til breakfast in the morning.
i get weighed tomorrow at 7pm, so looking forward to seeing what the result is!
