I am not going to write my food down today which pretty much says it all. The stomach pains are enough revenge for what I ate without looking at it. I did resist the urge to go to DQ so that is a nice bonus. I went for a short walk yesterday. I know it's a start but it felt pretty pathetic. OK, my pity party is over. Actually I don't feel to bad about it and I think that's because I don't feel like I have failed. I know I will be back on track and just have to try harder. I can't remember ever feeling that confident before.

My granddaughter Camdyn called me this morning to tell me that she did 7 front flips, landing on her feet on the trampoline at gymnastics today. She has been working very hard on this as her instructor told her how great it would be for a 4 year old to do this. So grandma is bragging about it now. And the bonus for her is that she got it in under the wire as tomorrow is her birthday.

Good for you for getting out there and walking! I like your attitude and confidence! You definitely HAVE NOT FAILED. Just get yourself back on track and you'll be fine :D Congrats to your granddaughter for her accomplishment today! :)

You have been doing so great, you are almost at your 20 lb goal!!! 3 pounds to go, and since you have already lost 17 that's nothin'! Keep trucking along, you can do this!

Okay - you and I are in this together - I'm only 2lbs away from 20lbs. Let's do this!! It would be great if we both hit on the same week!! And I love that you are not discouraged from a few small cheats. I'm working on that one - you and caged liberty are my heros - and my inspiration!!! No regrets!
