Holding steady. Every day is a struggle to eat because of the gastritis. Everything hurts. So I’m only averaging about 500 calories a day but dr said not to stress about that right now because I am taking a ton of vitamins and minerals. He said to just keep going, get what I can (other than carbs), take the supplements and b12 injections and that the low calories will only become a concern if I get down to goal and still can’t increase caloric intake (because I won’t be able to stay in maintenance phase if I can’t up my intake). This whole thing is a very frustrating journey for me right now but I am not giving up.
155.3 lb Lost so far: 8.7 lb.    Still to go: 30.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

How were you taking vitamins with gastritis? I can't keep anything down.
