up to day. mood is good and so am i. doing well but added donkey kicks and a few new leg exersizes and i paid for it last night! my lower back is hurting like no other ! don't know if i didn't stretch well enough or if i did to much? or if i just did them wrong

well i think i cheat a bit my knees cant handle the floor so i hold on to the sink in the kitchen andbend forward from the waist to do them mybe thats why my back hurts?
