Well, hopefully this is the beginning of a new life for me. I joined weight watchers last night. I weighed in at 189 and I am oping it will only go down from there. I am sick and tired of being fat! I am tired of nothing ever fitting me. I want to be able to go into a store, try something on and think it looks awesome on me, rather then just good.
I have been riding my bike from work everynight and occationally to work. I will also sometimes ride it on my lunch break. I also ride it to and from my weight watchers meetings. I am a little iscouraged right now, just cause I am gaining weight rather then losing, but I also know that that has to do with muscle weight. GL to me next week!

Good for you for doing something positive to help you feel good about yourself. Riding a bike is great exercise. Follow the plan and drink lots of water. Don't be discouraged. You are on a good path towards becoming healthy and happy.

Weigh to go! lol Keep it up and you'll see the scale going down. You are right muscle weighs more then fat, but soon you will be trimmer, toned and in much better shape! Keep it up, I'm praying for you. Love, Auntie
