Lowest since 2004. In 2004 I got married in October, pregnant in December and really thought I'd get right back in the gym after the (now nearly 14 year old) baby. Next mini goal is to be under 183 which will be uncharted territory. Plan is to be there by mid to end of November...then Thanksgiving and then plan to be there again by mid December. Lol.
197.0 lb Lost so far: 52.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Gracias, friends! Yes- goldengrdly- definitely not going anywhere this time. I don't care if it slows to 1 pound lost a month (yes I do- God forbid!) I'm in it to win it. TY Terrapin and LZenn. ;) And everyone else. Back to work. Its nice to take a break from work to read compliments- we should do this more often. 😁

Thanks Sassy, Keilin, Steven, Melissa- I am working hard but luckily I enjoy lifting and seem to have found a sustainable way to eat. I do feel really great physically. Hope it lasts... ;)

On vacay!! Just relaxing now after a night of swimming. Reading and catching up on the last couple days of fs that I missed, focusing on those I love...you’re one! 🥰 So glad you reached this place! I KNOW you’ll reach the other goals too with a few more ups and downs just like myself. ❤️❤️ I sure hope swimming burns fat cause I have no access to weights while away and eating above my norm. Just maintenance for this week. Fingers crossed. I won’t be weighing til I’m back home! 🥴

Thanks, wifey! It's hard being away from weights but you can find other stuff until you get home. I couldn't lift on vacation either but we got in 15-20 thousand steps each day and I had amazing workouts when I got home. The rest did my body a lot of good!

Very true. Today I walked over 19000 myself at an amusement park. What a blast. And then swimming. But I miss my weights. I know you understand!! Be home by Thursday night hopefully. Busy time since end of July. Looking forward to getting our routine back. I’m a great creature of habit!! 🤪

But princess, you know this is a water gain. Water gains are much easier for me to accept because I know they’ll go down within 2 days. Plus some of that could be a bit of muscle gain with as much as you workout.
