I think the worst thing for me has always been that of eating 7 times a day, I gained weight when I followed that advice. Luckily there are already doctors who are realizing the mistakes they have made in the past.

I don’t know where you live or what kind of doctors you have been going to but I am in this field and I don’t know any doctor who would necessarily recommend anything on your list. Cake is ok to eat—- one slice mind you, not the WHOLE cake.

This is one of the many lists that this doctor posts in IG, I always had problems with overweight, since I was 13, and I had doctors of all kinds, in Venezuela, England and Spain, some of them stuffed me with pills, even amphetamines, others sent me diets like eating only one thing all day, one of the days was eating baked apples all day long lol. Another told me that if my metabolism was slow and I could only eat 500 calories a day, then I had to get used to it and do it ... And then at 39 I discovered Keto and everything has been left in the past hahaha. I have lost half of the weight and I feel healthy and happy. I probably had very bad luck with doctors during my life. I will look for that book Mira. 😁
