walked 3 miles..fed Brownie..took my brown rice with me last night to the Chinese Trough...did well..3 partial plates of the broccoli..foot is better..cut my florets up..chewed them..pretty amazing..what a concept..cutting up you food and then chewing it slowly...OMG
