I really messed up last Friday. Went out to eat at an all you can eat restaurant. How stupid am I?
Well, I'm paying for it now. It is Monday and I just weighed myself and I weigh 214.4, which means I gained 2.4 pounds since last Thursday.
I know today is not an official weigh in day, Thank God!So I have 3 days to get this back under control. I do not want to put a 'gain' for my next weigh in :(
