Kind of expected a gain eventually here - first one is kind of discouraging so I was bracing for it. But still going down (small office dance)
Staying the course. Sleep interrupted but having great workouts. Drank 4 L of water yesterday - Going to try for 5 today. I am managing to stay below my 1300 RDI. But will have to make a stirfry today to get through tonight. The only way I can stay true is to enter my meals ahead of time. Also am fasting through breakfast because if I leave that much time for myself to eat in a day I over eat, especially since I'm kicking the alcohol addiction. Doing well. Routine at the gym is working and I feel better than I have in a very long time.
