Okay did the full yoga video today, had a bit of shaking but no light-headedness. (28min - 244cal)
Little to no walking over and above my journey from the station to the office And from the station home (actually a little less as I jumped on a bus for 2 stops, it came as I was walking past the stop and I was an hour late leaving)
I moved departments today unexpectedly (both to me and to my new management team) so I ended up skipping my lunchtime walk. Had an okay-ish lunch (frozen ready meal supplemented with lots of fresh steamed veggies).
Have accepted another meal invite out on Wednesday... And I'm not even going to bother trying to calculate the calorie cost for that meal (Probably equal to both meals out with my parents the weekend before last). So I'm going to be very low again tomorrow, and the rest of the week. As I've got that BBQ restaurant next week too...
