Actually got out of work on time today so i did
30 min mostly running but in intervals with walking
and 15- min of different arm and squating exercises
Had to do a child safetly seat check today and I was starving I had a banana and a apple and some oatmeal in the morning and it wasn't helping I kept drinking water and coffe and still starving so I broke down when the pizza arrived and had 3 pieces THEY WERE SMALL PIECES!!!! no pie shape ones. then I had a spinach low carb turkey and lettuce with cheese wrap with lite italian dressing todip it in instead of mayo.
I am working on the blue dot going down but something seems to be in the way I really would like to go to a strict 2week phase one again but things have been so hectic lately and money is tight with vaca and holidays coming up that spending a couple of hundred to cook right is just not in the budget right now. But I voe to keep making as healthy as I can choices and pushing forward.

When you are hungry, try small amounts of protein instead of all the carbs at once. They say that protein will fill you faster.

keep trying sweety youre doing fine my weekends are a killer but still try to do well although some things not allowed i just dont totally give in to temptation and know have to try harder the next week if i tip the scale in the wrong direction at least youre levelling out not gaining so keep that in mind xx good luck with the week ahead xx
