Wow. Three pounds off since yesterday!? Water weight? I don't know! This is the same thing that happened to me years ago when I lost weight. The first week was great, the second week nothing happened, and right back off again. I know I shouldn't weigh everyday, but I can't help myself. Numbers really don't bother me at all. I think it is interesting how weight comes off. I follow my diet regardless of what the scale says because I know it works. Sometimes you have a week when you don't lose anything. I wonder why that is... :)

The body is a strange thing. You can have weeks of not eating enough and see a gain and weeks of over eating and seeing a huge loss. I think the most important thing is consistency. Staying on plan. If you fall off one meal, get back on the next meal. Overeating at one meal doesn't make you fat. It's the constant overeating. Maybe our bodies need to adjust. Maybe it's the constant water weight fluctuations going up and down all day. Hormones? Sodium? So many factors. Your doing great so stick with it.
