Yes. I did eat that much. 😳
144.2 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 4.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It's so hard to lose weight and so easy to gain it back. 😐

It was certainly fun. Great food at a friend's house. Now back to the plan. Also fully back in gym now. Big lift today 😊
