Had my testing/monitoring done/start yesterday. I won't talk about the first of three...it wasn't a complete bust but the test was so hard on me they had to stop it early and so might not get enough data to help figure things out. Second part didn't find anything wrong except a hernia...not sure that has anything to do with what's going on right now but...we'll see what they say. Third is the monitor I will wear them for 48 hours and give them back to the hospital Friday evening. Then they will look at all the data together and see what they think that we should do. It's pretty rough because I can't take my heartburn meds and I REALLY REALLY need them. I can take my Friday evening dose (test/monitoring will be done) but...I can't until then. I'm trying to do all the things that I can't do...just so we can see why I can't do them so I'm taking pills and trying to eat the way they want me to eat. Hopefully this lets them see what's happening when I do this stuff...I just want to be better already, this really sucks. On an up note...I am only 2.3 pounds away from the weight that I want to be at on Sunday (my weight goals for the 15th and 31st of this month are 245 and 240 respectively). I know that I won't lose it and keep it off in 3 days but...if I can get and stay close, I'll count it a win. I have lost 5.7 pounds this month so far which means I'm on track for the first goal. It just takes a while for the weight to stay off...I keep track in an excel spreadsheet so this is what this month looks like. 1st line is the date, second is my weight on that day, third is the loss or gain from the previous day(negative number means a gain), and the fourth is my loss from Sunday to Sunday. I'm not sure if the formatting will keep so...here's hoping!

Katie, I am so sorry you’re going through all this. I sure hope the data needed comes through and that they can get you on the road to recovery! And you’ve done great with your weight loss and going towards your goals, too—especially with all your health issues. I’m praying for you, Lady. 😔🙏🏻💖
