Day 1 with me actually taking this extra diet serious . I am restarting my pro points with weight watchers . So here goes
B/F 3/3/2=8
D 3/3/0/3=9
T 3/3/0/0=6
TOTAL = 26 - 23 = 3
CARRIED FORWARD = 3
WEEKLY TOTAL = 31
And off we go .
