It was a pretty good 4th. We watched the fireworks display at a neighboring town. Other than that I didn't go out much except to take the dog for a walk. It was to hot and humid. Today it is rainy and overcast, but also nice and cool. I have been watching my food intake and trying to be careful. I don't need to lose, but I don't want to gain either. Getting the proper balance is a challenge, harder than I thought it would be because those old cravings creep back in.

I have made weighing myself...once a day....a thing around my maintenance. Seems to steady my nervousness or renew my resolve...depending. I could do this...one day at a time...each day...if it means...I do not go back where I came from with my weight. Loving FS more and more!
