I did day 4 of the Couch to 5K and I love it so far. I downloaded the app to my phone for $1.99 and I feel like I have more motivation to do it. My friends and I are doing the Atlanta Color Run this year and I am excited!!! If only my fiance would run with me:(

I did that app - loved it & helped me prepare for my 1st 5k. I was not the fastest but I was able to do entire 5k :) Good luck to you
