Had a great week for eating. I'm eating a giant salad for lunch with lots of vegetables and about 150 calories of protein. It's working really good for me right now so I'm sticking with the same menu this coming week, but I'm going to switch out eggs for garbanzo and kidney in my salad. Switching out yogurt and berries for two eggs as one of my snacks. I'm also switching out turkey for chicken and salmon for dinner to get a variety.
