Today, a person I work with noticed I have lost weight. My weight loss started a few weeks ahead of beginning my recent Atkin's challenge. I have to admit having someone notice felt really great. I know at age 60s a person has a tougher time losing pounds and it is a struggle for me. This very special comment has boosted my morale and is encouraging me to keep going no matter how slow the progress is.
