You better not leave! :) What would I do without your encouraging comments? I hope you are able to do some type of exercising. I know you're probably getting antsy. Maybe something in the water?

Well I'm certainly happy you're not leaving us... and even happier that you're feeling happier :) it's just like one big happy fest!!! Anyways, I sure hope that damn cyst gets better soon... I have decided to simply not read certain people's posts and leave it at that. I am so sorry to hear you're in pain. Sometimes a little rest is just what the body needs, so go easy on yourself. I second the water suggestion. Water exercise seems to be the least stressful. No impacts :) Hope you feel better soon.

So I read about that.. and it sounds terribly painful! I hope it gets better soon. I am glad you are feeling better regarding the stinker faces and I too take the approach of not reading some peoples posts. FS really needs /ignore I have said it before and I say it again!
