Another good day today.

I got in an hour on my elliptical and than danced for 30 minutes to loosen up my legs a little.
Than got foods ready for this week. I can't believe I'm going on the forth week of this diet and I haven't had any bread, pasta, or sugar in all that time.

I also have to admit that a lot of my aches and pains I had before have went away. I used to have trouble falling asleep but now I'm out as soon as I turn out the light.

Jim is also trying to lose weight with me which I think is great.

Well until tomorrow .
