Pump & Wake Up Day!!

The EMOM Routine definitely did the Wake Up part. After 3 sets of Burpees, the last round was tough.

We burned 600 Cals & ready for Breakfast 🍳

Should hire you to do exercise for me too. 😜 Asked my muscles if I'm up for an hour today, and they said No. So now I just lay in the sun, smacking flies that come from those cows that graze near by. Look forward to a more eager program when I can eat enough to support it.
