what scared me straight after binge eating? well...the scale 1...but i swear i could feel the extra weight coming on. i felt my hips expanding...felt my legs getting heavy. i look at old heavier pictures and i think dang i miss the bigger curves....but then i feel the weight...even if it was just water weight it was 12lbs in a few days....and it felt so heavy....and i realized how much better I've felt lighter and i don't want to screw it up...sure I'll most likely be losing my binge weight for a month and a half....but what's a month and a half in the grand scheme of things? nothing!!!!

Excellent...trust me you will always have the beautiful curves even at a lower weight. It is how you are built. Do not sabotage your success.

I feel ya, I am afraid to get on the scale after this weekend. But can feel the results in my clothes and just how I feel. Glad your motivation is back!

When I keep track of intake and weigh in daily I find fewer upticks in my weight and more downward trend. You know what to do to get back towards your goal, stay away from men not compatible with you and booze. I can see you at your goal by the end of the year. Stick with the plan.

Sharon, my friend, please don’t forget to stay connected with a doctor you trust. Even though you binged, huge, sudden swings can be an indication of medical issues, such as kidney function, etc. You’re doing great and deserve to treat yourself well in all ways. 🙏🏻💖
