Well today was slow starting since I worked all night. Had an early breakfast at 5:30am then went to bed at 7:30am and I didn't wake up until 11:30am. Which meant that I had to hurry up and eat lunch, so I could get an hour on the elliptical. Now I'm relaxing everything's done and my husband is going to pick up some wings for dinner.

I won't be able to add the carbs, but shakey told me that 6 wings had 6 grams of carbs, so I guess I'll be good because I only used about eight today.
