I've decided to try and keep track of weight daily. im so happy with the results. Small losses every day, makes it seem worth the battle. I must keep fighting the fight! Its the first weekend "on plan" coming up so if it goes well then I will be another step closer to building this as a habit.
191.6 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 61.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
