I'm doing well. When I started my diet, it was to lose weight for when I went back to my home town to visit. The plan was to get to 220. With fatsecret helping me, I reached 220 so fast, that I want to lose more. Filling in my diet and exercise info has become an addiction in itself. I fly out to NY on the 21st, and I can't wait to see how much I can lose by then.
