I wish I wasn’t such a result-oriented person. I’m so easily frustrated when I don’t immediately see the result I want to see especially if I feel like I’m working hard. Need to learn patience!
152.8 lb Lost so far: 12.3 lb.    Still to go: 22.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
