I was really hungry when I went to bed last night, but I had already brushed my teeth, so I didn't want have a snack. My calorie intake yesterday was too low, and I could feel it this morning. I'm a little tired and cranky.
199.5 lb Lost so far: 12.5 lb.    Still to go: 49.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
