Problem identified. Solution found. Much of my bodily discomfort and deep sleep problem comes from 30+ years of sitting in front of a computer full time.

Watched it first, and then watched it again outside, mimicking as good as I could. I did notice the instructor really pushed the limits, and that was what I set my mind to do.

Boy o'boy. Felt I was cracking loose a lot of stiffness around in the body. Felt near ill from all this breaking up. My grunting was louder than under weight lifting.

It now is clear for me, that this is something I need, in order to step up a level.

Might aim to do it more than once a day. Feeling fire. Excited. Got a solution to a deep, near invincible problem that need some attention.

Draglist Cool! Did it twice so far today, and both times I felt ill after. Will keep on 'scrubbing' the accumulated 'dirt' out, till it can be done without cramping, dizziness, and other unwellness. Deep Cleanse.
