Continuing with a Paleo ketogenic diet. Losing well this week. My vision which has been blurry since my concussion has improved some, and weirdly the floaters have vanished. I attribute this to autophagy. My body is cleaning house after my 4 day water fast 10 days ago! Yay! Those were really annoying. That's a sign I can see and it encourages me on what might be happening in other invisible parts of the body. My headaches are also improving and my blood pressure remains improved. The magic of fasting and ketones!

That good fun to hear. This lifestyle cleaned out my eyes. Needed glasses to see a movie clearly, and close up stuff was blurry too. The diet fixed both problems. Had grey hear too, and that is now back to near 100% original color. Lately I've had the pleasure of feeling like a kid again. That light carefree sensation. Had completely forgotten how that felt like. The pile of good stuff I've experienced makes me deeply happy when seeing you on this track.

Thank you for your kind and encouraging words! My friends and family think it's a little weird, but I feel the healing and strength coming on. Pretty wonderful!

I've had a painful knee with diminished function, and this too is rapidly improving since I started carnivory.

Yes, had sore knee and hip for years before. That's history too now. It leads me to think of carbohydrates as far more damaging than cigarettes. You sort of have to step away from the carb-club to see it clearly.
