When I know that I am feeling better, I get extremely hungry, and I cannot refrain from not eating. That's when I know I am feeling & doing better!! Which I am!! I am looking into something called wheat belly, I have some youtube videos on it. I am going to try to have alternative things on hand for I am not planning on starving & depriving myself anymore! I know wheat is a major dieting buster for me, but I cannot totally give it up. That's why alternatives are very much welcomed. But, for homemade you must actually take time to fix it!

Diet Calendar Entry for 09 January 2013:
