I find that when I try to take the wheat away I get very bad stomach flu like symptoms. Yesterday I ate a small yogurt to add more carbs, and to be able to get past it, but I didn't at all!! I need to do more research as to the why I get that symptom that happens to me. Last time I tried to do low carb I had it for three months! I need to understand the why, and to stop the symptom from occurring! When I do eat the wheat, I do crave more food! And, of course, the weight goes back upward on the scale! It is a constant fight, and battle with the scale!!! But, I don't know what to do!? Anyone else has this happened to them, as well!!!????
