Well Jeremy hooked me up with these Rasberry Keytones and I heard about grren coffee bean extraxt so all this week I have been taking them and I have noticed I really don't crave sweets as much and I can controll my eating--SHOCK--of course I go to the extreme and today have had Phyllis sweet roll and a mint choc triple stuff oreao and a Mothers' peanut butter cookie--Ha Jeff and I walked at Hoover with the dogs through the snow and ice--and then Bo took off in woods and we called and called him so we had to go find him. He couldn't get out--He must have jumped a fence to get a deer or whatever and now couldn't get out--Oh Brother That Dog. Tomorrow starts school after Xmas break so we will see with stress of getting up early and school how I do--But I want it to work--Tired of being FAT!!!!
