Walked over 2.5 miles today and swam.
I need to build up to walking at least 5 miles per day 3 days a week for the next week to get ready for my cruise on 5/31

Somebody posted that they kept their weight down on a cruise by committing to not take the elevators. If you take the stairs to everything, it might help keep you on track, even with all the delicious foods which will be chasing you down every corridor! SOMEDAY, I'm going to take a cruise!
