So I can have 4 cookies at 280 cals or 4 snack size pk of kit kat for 260 cals... 🤔 I don’t think I can really eat only 4 cookies 🤷‍♀️

😫😫😫😩😖 But Oreos are my weakness!!!! I’m in line buying the KitKats. I love them too. They rarely ever have dark chocolate flavor! And plus side I won’t think about them for hours on end after I eat a couple 😜

The only thing you can do wrong is to not 'check in'. Otherwise you do your 'Dawnie process' and either eat the cookie and hit the gym, or don't eat the cookie :) You always put in the work to either maintain or 'dig in' and move the scale down. If you take a 'vacation' you will always 'get back to work'.

Very true on both accounts. I’ve got goals and I will get to them, even if it takes awhile 😄 I ended up having a bbq today and ate quite a bit but my calories should average out tomorrow since I will be fasting most of the day. I have to work 😕

So which did you go for? Or neither b/c of the bbq? I’m still at the stage where I’d eat both and forego eating bbq. I’m getting better, though, about not doing this like I used to. I just have to avoid buying them altogether...

I had the KitKats and ate bbq food but went without the Mac and cheese and baked potatoes. I planed to stay under 2000 cals for the day and I did that. However, I ate a lot of garbage and not a lot of nutritious foods 😕

That is my problem with focusing on Calories. Before I switched to Keto a year ago, I would constantly have days where I’d eat only a salad with chicken ( or just fruit and yogurt) so I could have Cheetos and cookies. That is terrible for your body. If its only once in a while, I’m sure I’d be fine but not all the time. When I switched to keto, it made me eat real food all the time and I lost over 30lbs fairly quickly.
