..Yeah there were vegetables in the room while I was Eating Pizza Haha! You're doing better than me. I keep eating carbs and ever 2 hours I am starving. May have to go to be early so I stop eating...

I have to put myself to bed early sometimes too. Sometimes it doesn’t work lol but it’s really the only way to stop myself when I’m fighting that compulsion. I fasted most of the day (19 hours) so Not much damage will be done. I should stay under 1100 cals for the day. Tomorrow is gym day before work so I will be going to bed early.

@CrashtestDawnie - Eating is so-much-work haha! Normally I only eat 2-3 days so I can 'go crazy' but, since I have 10 days I-just-can't-do-that this time. I may end up fasting some of the days...
