I know these great numbers at the beginning are misleading. It's not going to keep coming off at this pace, in fact it'd be extremely unhealthy if it did - but damn does it feel good to see quantitative results right away!
Yesterday was a little tricky. It was my niece's tenth birthday party, so there was cake and ice cream involved. The meal was sloppy joes, but, being a vegetarian saved me from those, even if it did force me to compensate with potato salad and BBQ chips...
...Okay, so not a great day for nutrition.
