The week of 6/28/10 was an okay week. I stayed pretty much with in my limits calories, carbs, fats and protein. BUT......some of those limits were eating candy, cookies, ice cream w/ syrup and potatoes chips. Today, is hasn't been any better. 4 chocolate chip cookies. As of right now....I will allow myself one peppermint patty once a week.
This type of eating is why I gained all this bad weight. I need to keep losing because of my knee and ankle. If not I will be setting myself up for disability. I want to play with Taylee and enjoy doing things with my husband and friends and family...but if I don't stop now I am afraid were this will lead.
I want to weight 130.....I have 60 pounds to lose. My goal is 10 pounds per 5 weeks....STARTING RIGHT NOW!!!!
