So damn glad the holidays are over. Between the chaos of scheduling, the sweets, the busyness, & the stress - I gained back a couple pounds. There was always sweets around, my resistance took a hige hit. But now they are over, things are getting back to normal. Time to get my house CLEAN, my laundry DONE, & my life back in order. Decided to try adding SlimQuick to the mix, try & burn off more fat. I think it is giving me heart burn though. Too much caffine, my body is not used to it.
