I have to keep reminding myself that I may only have lost .2lbs today, BUT AT LEAST I LOST and all total I'm closing in on 56lbs down, and though I may not have lost as much as I was hoping for, but any loss on the scale is the right direction. sometimes I get frustrated. I am so ready to have this weight gone, but my body fights me every pound of the way. So I just keep adjusting my macros and plodding along. but an interesting side effect is that food has definitely taken a back seat, which is decidedly a first for me. I used to think about food all the time. now I have to remind myself to eat. that, in and of itself, is a miracle.
